We are hiring experienced Construction Methodology Engineer (Buildings) for the support to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize advanced construction methodologies for building projects, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed method statements for all major civil and structural activities for building projects.
- Collaborate with tendering, planning, and design teams to create tailored project execution plans.
- Prepare and present construction methodology documents for tender submissions.
- Identify construction risks and challenges at the tender stage and propose mitigation strategies.
- Research emerging trends in building construction methodologies and assess their applicability.
- Coordinate with the KSA office team to align methodology with site-specific requirements.
- Support value engineering by proposing innovative construction approaches to reduce cost and duration.
- Prepare preliminary construction programs and sequence-of-work narratives for tender submissions.
- Facilitate internal review sessions on construction methodology and provide technical guidance.
- Provide methodology support for post-tender clarifications and negotiations.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff in methodology development.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in construction methodology for building projects.
- GCC/KSA experience preferred.
- Strong background in commercial and residential building construction.
- Proficient in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
