Urgent Requirement – Customer Relations Executive (CRE) | Automotive Service Department
We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) for our Automotive Service Department.
Location: Ernakulam
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years (Freshers with good communication can also apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and service reminders
- Manage customer appointments and follow-ups
- Ensure excellent customer experience at the service center
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally
- Coordinate with service team for smooth operations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
