We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Execute and oversee multiple campaign formats, including Search, Display, Remarketing, Lead Generation, and conversion-focused campaigns.

Develop structured campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, business goals, and performance KPIs.

Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, targeting methods, placements, and ad performance.

Ensure effective budget allocation to maximize ROI, lead quality, and campaign efficiency.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and market evaluation to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.

Build and refine audience targeting strategies to improve campaign reach, engagement, and conversion outcomes.

Develop, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, targeting frameworks, and campaign messaging.

Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad variations, audience segments, landing page recommendations, and campaign structures to drive performance improvements.

Analyze and monitor campaign performance using critical performance indicators including:
