We are looking for an experienced and skilled CNC / VMC Operator cum Setter to join our team at Gayatri Industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, installing tools, loading programs, and ensuring smooth production with high precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: Set up CNC/VMC machines with correct fixtures, tools, and workpieces according to engineering drawings.
Operations: Run production smoothly, monitoring the machine constantly for any errors or quality issues.
Setting & Programming: Take tool and work offsets, load programs (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi), and perform minor program editing if required.
Quality Control: Inspect finished components using measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges to ensure accuracy.
Maintenance: Perform daily basic maintenance, including machine cleaning and checking coolant/oil levels.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience as a CNC/VMC Operator and Setter.
Education: ITI (Machinist/Turner), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings. Expert in using precision measuring tools

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):
मशीन सेटअप: इंजीनियरिंग ड्राइंग के अनुसार CNC/VMC मशीन पर फिक्स्चर, टूल्स और जॉब को सही तरीके से सेट करना।
मशीन ऑपरेशन: बिना किसी गलती के मशीन को चलाना और दैनिक प्रोडक्शन टारगेट को पूरा करना।
सेटिंग और प्रोग्रामिंग: टूल और वर्क ऑफसेट (Offset) लेना, प्रोग्राम लोड करना और जरूरत पड़ने पर प्रोग्राम में मामूली बदलाव (Editing) करना।
क्वालिटी चेक: बने हुए पार्ट्स को वर्नियर कैलिपर (Vernier Caliper), माइक्रोमीटर (Micrometer) और गेज की मदद से चेक करना ताकि क्वालिटी सही रहे।
रखरखाव: मशीन की रोजाना सफाई करना और कूलेंट व ऑयल का स्तर चेक करना।
योग्यता और आवश्यक कौशल (Requirements):
अनुभव: CNC/VMC मशीन ऑपरेटिंग और सेटिंग में 1 से 4 साल का अनुभव।
शिक्षा: ITI (टर्नर/मशीनिस्ट), मैकेनिकल डिप्लोमा, या इसके समकक्ष व्यावहारिक ज्ञान।
कौशल: इंजीनियरिंग ड्राइंग को अच्छे से पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता।
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
