Position: Client Service Executive
Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Shift: Day Shift (Rotational Week Off)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet service-level targets and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Client Support, or a related role.
- Willingness to work in a Day Shift with rotational week offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
