Ai4 Imaging and Indexing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Project Manager – Title Indexing to lead Title Indexing operations in the US Mortgage & Title domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Title Indexing projects
Strong understanding of US Title documents
Handle Backfile & Day-Forward Indexing processes
Monitor productivity, quality, TAT, and SLA compliance
Lead indexing teams and quality operations
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
Drive process improvements and resolve operational challenges
Requirements:
Any Graduate
4–8 years of experience in US Mortgage/Title Indexing
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Shift Timings:
Rotational Shifts (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM)
