Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding, while maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
*Responsibilities :
Post detailed job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring they highlight role requirements and attract suitable candidates.
Screen incoming resumes thoroughly and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and alignment with organizational needs.
Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the position.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers to schedule and manage final interviews, providing smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
Negotiate employment offers by discussing compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities, while managing candidate expectations effectively.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable labor laws throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports, tracking progress, analyzing hiring trends, and presenting insights to management for continuous improvements
*Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and HR compliance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
