Position: HR Executive

Reporting To: Managing Director
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, HR documentation, and supporting overall HR administration. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct candidate follow-ups and maintain the recruitment database.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and personnel documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain HR reports.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Assist in payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and benefits.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements
Education: Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Administration.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for Human Resources are welcome to apply.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel,).
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
