Job Description
Profit Venture Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE). The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or marketing within the EdTech industry and possess strong communication and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Connect with potential clients and maintain professional relationships
Promote company services through effective sales strategies
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation preferred
Minimum 6 months of experience in EdTech sales/marketing
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Compensation & Benefits
45 Days Probation Period
Performance-based salary after probation
