Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customer segments.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor and optimize lead generation activities to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare growth reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Knowledge of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM tools.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
