Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with prospective students, understand their career aspirations, guide them toward the right learning programs, and help them make informed decisions about their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and understand their career goals and learning needs.
- Counsel candidates on Scaler Academy's technology programs and offerings.
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential learners.
- Drive enrollments by effectively communicating program value propositions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–6 years of experience in sales, business development, counseling, or customer-facing roles.
- Prior EdTech experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Technical Skills
- CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Communication and virtual meeting tools such as Zoom and Google Meet.
Training & Work Structure
- 1 month Work From Home (WFH) training period.
- Post-training, the role will be fully on-site at the assigned office location (Bangalore or Gurgaon).
