We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Inhouse Sales Executive to manage customer communication and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, strong communication skills, and excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel for managing data, reports, and sales tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and in-person to generate and close sales
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
- Maintain and manage sales data, reports, and customer records using Advanced Excel
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure repeat business and timely orders
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Coordinate with internal team for order processing and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience (Mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English required)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Management, Reports, etc.)
- Experience in customer handling and sales conversion
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Sales-driven mindset with target orientation
Salary:
₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Important Note:
- Only experienced candidates will be considered (Freshers are not eligible)
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
