Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Support Executive to manage IT recruitment activities, client invoicing, billing payments, and employee timesheet tracking for Group of Companies. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, administrative, and accounting support skills to ensure smooth daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Track employee attendance and joining status.
Client Invoice & Billing
- Prepare and send client invoices accurately and on time.
- Follow up on pending payments and maintain payment records.
- Coordinate with clients regarding billing queries and payment confirmations.
- Maintain billing reports and financial documentation.
Timesheet & Payroll Support
- Track employee timesheets and attendance records.
- Verify working hours, overtime, and shift details.
- Coordinate with payroll/accounts team for salary processing.
- Ensure proper documentation for client billing and employee payments.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain MIS reports, spreadsheets, and operational records.
- Support daily office operations and client coordination.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and client data.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and billing software
- Basic accounting and invoicing knowledge
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and time management
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Experience in IT recruitment, Account Management, or operations support is preferred.
Reporting To:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,741.60 per month
