Inside Sales Intern
Location: Turbhe, Navi-Mumbai
Duration: Internship (3-6 months)
About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic Marketing Outreach Interns to join our team. The interns will play a crucial role in driving outreach activities, engaging with labs, hospitals, and doctors, and supporting the sales team by generating leads, setting up meetings, and contributing to marketing initiatives. The role also involves event support, lead management, and execution of day-to-day marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct continuous outreach via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to labs, hospitals, and doctors.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead databases with remarks, status, and follow-ups.
- Support in event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Manage and nurture potential leads to ensure strong engagement.
- Assist the marketing team in executing campaigns and activities across multiple channels.
- Prepare reports and share insights on outreach performance.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Management, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal & written).
- Comfortable with continuous outreach activities (calls, emails, WhatsApp).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset.
- Interest in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences will be a plus.+
- Must have your own laptop and smartphone.
