Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and remote desktop services.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Ability to manage and maintain Citrix environments including configuration, deployment, and upgrades.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning for virtual applications and desktops.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
