Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to promote company products, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, customer-focused, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, dealers, distributors, and customers in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell company products to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Coordinate with distributors for timely product availability.
- Submit daily sales reports, visit reports, and expense reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
