Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Life Science, Diagnostic and Fine chemicals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and lead generation targets.
- Conduct market research/assessment to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Branding & Product Positioning
- Manage and enhance MP Biomedicals' brand image in the Indian market.
- Create targeted messaging that communicates the value proposition of MP Biomedicals' products to different customer segments.
- Design and launch campaigns to increase brand awareness and product visibility across various platforms.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation initiatives.
- Track lead conversion rates and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities in driving sales.
- Use CRM system ZOHO to manage leads and measure campaign success.
Content Creation & Management
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and website content.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop content for product launches, webinars, and trade shows.
- Write and publish compelling LinkedIn and social media posts to engage with the scientific community.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms to reach target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
Event Management
- Plan and execute events such as webinars, roadshows, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launch events.
- Coordinate logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up to ensure maximum engagement.
- Measure the impact of events on lead generation and customer engagement.
Partnerships & Collaboration
- Foster strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, distributors, and customers.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the life sciences and biopharma industry.
Product Pricing:
- Conduct market analysis to determine optimal pricing strategies for MP Biomedical products.
- Develop pricing models that consider factors such as cost, competition, and customer value and market Price.
- Ensure that pricing strategies align with business objectives and profitability goals.
- Design Customer Annual Pricelist
Product Sampling:
- Develop and execute product sampling campaigns to generate awareness and drive trial.
- Identify strategic locations for product sampling, such as trade shows, conferences, and retail outlets.
- Coordinate with sales teams to distribute samples and collect feedback.
Product Demos:
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of MP Biomedical products.
