Job Description
- Updating and maintaining core HR documents, including handbooks, policies, and contracts
- Ensuring labor law compliance and reporting
- Overseeing recruitment, from job postings to onboarding
- Supporting employee engagement, appraisals, and benefits communication
- Addressing staff concerns, conflicts, or complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Guiding junior HR staff and collaborating with department heads on people-related strategies
- Monitoring trends and recommending improvements in HR processes
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; bonus if they’ve worked with analytics tools
- A track record of maintaining confidentiality and encouraging a culture of inclusion
- Manage payroll and employee benefits programs, for smoother processing and compliance.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
