- Provide support for hospital and business applications.
- Manage application implementation, testing, deployment, and user training.
- Troubleshoot application and database-related issues.
- Support API integrations and mobile applications.
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
- Travel to hospital branches for implementation and training as required.
- Participate in system upgrades, UAT, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Experience in Java, .NET, JavaScript, Node.js, or React
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
- Experience in Mobile Applications and API Integration
- Exposure to Software Testing, Application Implementation, and User Training
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR/EHR, or Healthcare Applications
- Knowledge of Automation, AI, and Machine Learning
Qualification
- BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / MCA / B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT)
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Application Support, Software Implementation, or IT Operations
- Healthcare/Hospital industry experience preferred
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
