Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on mobile phone and laptop repair.
- Train students on hardware components, troubleshooting, circuit diagnosis, and software installation.
- Provide hands-on training in chip-level repair, soldering, and motherboard troubleshooting.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and lab exercises.
- Demonstrate the correct use of tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.
- Guide and supervise students during practical sessions and workshops.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Provide individual mentoring and technical support to students.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile and laptop technologies, repair techniques, and tools.
- Maintain training lab equipment, inventory, and safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to training schedules, curriculum, and quality standards.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as attendance, reporting, and progress tracking.
- Support placement activities by helping students with interview preparation and technical readiness.
- Coordinate with management on course improvements and training effectiveness.
Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
