Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic 3D Designer with a passion for sales and a flair for creating stunning kitchen designs. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, translating their needs into creative and functional kitchen layouts using advanced 3D design software while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guide clients through the design and sales process.
- 3D Design Creation:
- Develop detailed and visually appealing 3D models and renderings of kitchen layouts.
- Ensure designs are functional, space-optimized, and align with industry standards and client expectations.
- Sales Support:
- Present 3D designs to clients, showcasing features, benefits, and value.
- Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing design expertise and persuasive communication.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals based on the approved designs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure designs are executed accurately.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material selection and availability.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on the latest kitchen design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Leverage insights to enhance client offerings and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in 3D design, preferably in the kitchen or interior design industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 2020 Design, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales acumen with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
