Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads, strengthen the company's online presence, and support business growth across all business verticals, including Real Estate, Amazon Services, GST Services, and other company offerings.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads for the Sales and Business Development teams while optimizing lead quality, conversion, and acquisition cost.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including budget planning, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ROI optimization.
- Develop and implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create, review, and publish marketing content, including social media posts, website content, blogs, advertisements, email campaigns, landing pages, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the website and design teams to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance using digital analytics tools and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer behavior analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, HR, Operations, and other departments to support business objectives and recruitment campaigns.
- Build and maintain the company's online reputation, branding, and digital presence across all official platforms.
- Identify and implement AI tools, automation solutions, and emerging digital marketing technologies to improve productivity and campaign performance.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and company guidelines.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, vendors, or marketing partners whenever required.
- Perform any additional marketing, branding, business development, or operational responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
