Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage engineering projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple project sites, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Preference will be given to candidates with Transmission Line project experience (Mandatory). Candidates with Fly Ash Bricks Plant project experience may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple engineering projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at project sites.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–6 years of proven Project Management experience.
- Mandatory: Experience in Transmission Line Projects.
- Preferred: Experience in Fly Ash Bricks Plant Projects.
