- Assess the patient's neurological condition and monitor changes in consciousness, movement, and speech.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects.
- Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, and temperature.
- Provide care for patients with tracheostomy, PEG feeding, urinary catheter, or other medical devices when applicable.
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and pressure sore prevention.
- Educate family members on patient care, medication schedules, and emergency warning signs.
- Maintain infection control through proper hygiene and wound or device care.
- Coordinate with the treating doctor, physiotherapist, speech therapist, and other healthcare professionals.
- Keep accurate records of the patient's condition, treatments, and progress, and report any deterioration promptly.
- Provide compassionate emotional support while promoting the patient's comfort, dignity, and independence as much as possible.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,522.14 per month
