Job Summary
Redion is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Customer Support Executives to handle day-to-day customer queries and ensure a smooth, professional, and satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities -
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
-Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide accurate and helpful information.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the Team Lead when required.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
- Follow company processes, scripts, and quality guidelines consistently.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written). -
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, chat tools, and customer record systems.
- Prior customer service experience will be an added advantage.
