Detailed Job Description for
Operations Marine:-
1. Understand requirement and make quote request
2. Generate Quote and issue policy and certificates
3. Follow up with customer
4. Policy renewal
For Operations Claims:-
1. Maintaining claim records
2. Discuss and help employees to resolve any queries generated in the claims process.
3. Follow up with insurers and claims team for settlement of claims
4. Claim intimation of GPA, WC, GTL claims
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
