- Perform daily SAP entries related to Production, Inventory, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch.
- Create, release, and monitor Production Orders in SAP.
- Post Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), Stock Transfer, and Inventory transactions.
- Update material consumption, production confirmations, and stock records in SAP.
- Maintain Material Master, BOM, Routing, and production-related data.
- Monitor inventory transactions and reconcile physical stock with SAP records.
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Production, Inventory, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers using Excel.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, PPC, and Accounts departments for data accuracy.
- Support inventory audits, stock verification, and internal audits.
- Maintain records and documentation as per company procedures.
- Identify data discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of SAP (MM, PP, WM modules preferred).
- Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts).
- Understanding of Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Store Operations.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- SAP Certification preferred.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in SAP Operations and MIS Reporting within the Automobile or Manufacturing Industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
