Job Summary
The Labour Resource Manager is responsible for planning, sourcing, deploying, and managing skilled and unskilled manpower across construction projects. The role ensures timely manpower availability, labour law compliance, contractor coordination, and optimum workforce utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deploy manpower as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with labour contractors and project teams.
- Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and availability
- Resolve labour-related issues and maintain healthy industrial relations.
- Prepare manpower MIS and workforce reports.
- Control labour costs and optimize resource utilization.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/MBA in HR, Labour Welfare, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in labour management within the construction/EPC industry.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
