Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Mediquity Technologies. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by leading our sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and cultivating strong relationships with clients in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals, in alignment with the company's mission and vision.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and other industry stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, provide regular feedback, and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Sales Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to create annual and quarterly sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the IT or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT solutions and services.
- Management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in MS office.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
