- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality.
- Conduct performance appraisals and assist in career development planning.
- Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Work closely with department heads to understand HR needs and support business goals.
