We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving the company's growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for strategic sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and Generate Leads: Research and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong client relationships to create a pipeline of opportunities, ensure client satisfaction, and retain business.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to increase market share and achieve growth targets.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations, close sales, and secure contracts with new clients while ensuring the alignment of client needs with company offerings.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, client needs, and potential areas of growth.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and project management teams to align client needs with company offerings and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, track sales metrics, and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
