Job Title: Assistant Professor – Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Mechanical Engineering.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessment tools.
- Guide student projects, internships, and research activities.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and departmental administration.
- Conduct research, publish scholarly articles in reputed journals, and apply for funded research projects.
- Mentor students for academic excellence and career development.
- Collaborate with industry and academic institutions for research and consultancy activities.
Qualification Requirements
- B.Tech and M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant specialization with First Class.
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline (preferred / as per AICTE norms).
- Strong knowledge in core areas such as Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Manufacturing Engineering, Machine Design, CAD/CAM, Robotics, or Automobile Engineering.
- Good communication, presentation, and research skills.
Experience
- Teaching / research / industry experience preferred.
- Fresh Ph.D. / M.Tech candidates may also apply as per institutional norms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
