Job Summary:
The Invest cast production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Wax operations in the foundry. This includes supervising Wax Injections, Wax Assembly, ensuring safety compliance, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Invest cast processes and team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities including Injections, Assembly, Shelling, and Dewax of wax.
- Allocate work to operators based on production schedules and priorities.
- Ensure all products meet specified quality and dimensional standards.
- Train and mentor to all workers on proper techniques, tool usage, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of tools and machinery to ensure optimal working condition.
- Enforce health and safety regulations within the production area.
- Maintain records of production output, downtime, and manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team for non-conformances and rework.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
- Report performance metrics and issues to higher management regularly.
