Project Manager – High Rise Building (Civil)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – High Rise Building to lead and manage the execution of residential/commercial high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects from foundation to handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource planning.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and government authorities.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor RCC works, finishing works, waterproofing, façade, and MEP coordination.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and method statements.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly project review meetings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor project costs, billing, material consumption, and productivity.
- Resolve technical issues and site challenges efficiently.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, DPRs, and MIS reports.
- Ensure quality inspections and implementation of QA/QC procedures.
- Coordinate client inspections and project handover activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of high-rise RCC construction.
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Experience in contractor and subcontractor management.
- Sound knowledge of BOQ, billing, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction safety standards.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered with relevant experience.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects.
- Must have independently managed complete project execution.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Experience in handling projects from excavation to finishing and handover.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Willing to work at Silvassa.
