Job description: Junior Executive (Finance)
Primary Responsibilities:
• Payment Closure on day to day basis.
• Petty Cash maintenance and vouching Verification.
• Bill Collection, bills booking & categorizing the transactions in Books.
• Customer refunds, Vendor payments.
• Regular recurring payments to be closed on due dates.
• Document submission for Secured and Unsecured Loan
• To provide correct information for Inter Departmental requirements.
• To provide payment confirmations for direct sales and spare sales to the CC
agents & leads.
• Independent and individual problem solving approach.
• Closing Balance updating & Zoho Expenses Closure and Documentation.
Skills for Success:
Good at Excel and having knowledge of Zoho books is an added advantage
Qualification:
B.Com/ M.Com / MBA (Finance)
