Job Summary
We are seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic mentors for ACCA, Chartered Accountancy (CA), CMA India, and CMA USA programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent presentation skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students toward academic and professional success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom/online sessions for ACCA, CA, CMA India, or CMA USA subjects.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Simplify complex accounting, taxation, auditing, finance, and management concepts.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track student performance and provide individual mentoring.
- Keep course content updated according to the latest syllabus and examination patterns.
- Support students with exam strategies, time management, and career guidance.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve learning outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Qualified or Semi Qualified in any one of the following:
- ACCA
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- CMA India
- CMA USA( FULLY QUALIFIED)
Experience
- 1–5+ years of teaching, mentoring, or industry experience in the relevant professional qualification.
- Freshly qualified professionals with strong communication and teaching aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent subject knowledge in the respective qualification.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and online teaching platforms.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior coaching or faculty experience in professional courses.
- Experience preparing students for professional examinations.
- Familiarity with LMS and digital teaching tools.
