We are looking for a curious, motivated, and tech-savvy Associate Full-Stack Engineer with around 2 years of professional experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely alongside senior engineers, contributing directly to production systems, implementing full-stack best practices, and building impactful features for our core platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your engineering skills across frontend and backend systems while gaining hands-on exposure to production-grade Generative AI applications.
You will:
Full-Stack Development: Build robust, user-facing features using React.js and develop scalable backend services using Python .
Explore GenAI: Generative AI features.
Feature Development: Take ownership of building, scaling, and integrating user interfaces.
Debug & Optimize: Investigate complex full-stack issues, debug production bottlenecks, and actively work on performance tuning.
Collaborate & Review: Participate in agile sprint planning, write technical documentation, and actively engage in peer code reviews to maintain high code quality.
Write Quality Code: Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code across both the frontend and backend stacks.
Expertise and Qualifications
Must-have:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience in a product or production environment.
Core Stack: Solid, hands-on commercial experience with React.js (frontend) and Python (backend).
Software Fundamentals: Strong understanding of core computer science concepts—Data Structures, Algorithms, and robust web architecture (RESTful APIs, state management, frontend-backend integration).
Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting UI layout bugs and API bottlenecks.
Modern Tooling: Proficiency with version control ( Git ), modern frontend build tools, and experience working with secure-coding or CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid team setup.
Nice-to-have:
Node.js Familiarity: Experience or familiarity with Node.js for backend services is a strong plus.
