Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Company website, or other social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
