We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. The Architect will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and project teams to develop functional, safe, and aesthetically appealing designs while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings.
Meet with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
Prepare concept designs, 2D/3D drawings, and presentations.
Coordinate with structural, electrical, and MEP engineers.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Prepare project specifications, cost estimates, and construction documentation.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
Review contractor submissions and resolve design-related issues.
Manage project timelines and maintain quality standards.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
Valid Architect registration/license (if applicable).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar architectural software.
Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
Strong presentation and client management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
