We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM Associate to manage and maintain the company’s online reputation across various digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer feedback, responding to reviews, and ensuring positive brand engagement across social media, forums, and review platforms.

Canada Shift Timings (Night travel allowance + dinner facility at premises)
Working Days: 6 (Mon- Fri work from office and 1 day Work from home)
Key Responsibilities
● Monitor and track brand mentions across online platforms, review websites, forums, and social mediachannels.
● Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, queries, and feedback.
● Address negative comments and complaints in a constructive manner to maintain brand reputation.
● Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Support, Marketing, and Operations) to resolve customerconcerns.
● Report recurring issues and customer feedback trends to the management team.
● Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
● Work towards improving brand sentiment and customer satisfaction online.
● Ensure responses align with the company’s communication standards and brand tone.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● 1–3 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Customer Support, or Social Media Management preferred.
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
● Ability to handle customer feedback professionally and tactfully.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
● Comfortable working in evening/night shifts.
Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
