Job Description
Oshanya Healthcare is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our team in Perumbavoor.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, advertising budgets and ROI.
- Analyze CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and other key performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword and audience research and perform A/B testing.
- Manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Healthcare or medical marketing experience is an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns, budgets and performance.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
