Key Responsibilities 1. Service Execution & Issue Resolution - Visit client sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues - Execute service tickets within committed timelines - Ensure first-time resolution wherever possible - Coordinate with Service Coordinator for updates and closure 2. Commissioning Support - Support commissioning of solar plants and ensure proper functioning - Assist in system handover and client briefing - Ensure remote monitoring setup is functional 3. Preventive Maintenance - Conduct scheduled maintenance visits as per O&M contracts - Inspect system components (modules, inverter, wiring, earthing) - Identify potential issues proactively and recommend corrective action 4. Reporting & Documentation - Submit service reports on the same day of visit - Capture site observations, actions taken, and pending issues - Maintain clear records of all service activities 5. Client Interaction - Communicate clearly with clients during site visits - Explain issues, solutions, and preventive measures - Ensure professional and courteous conduct at all times 6. Safety & Compliance - Follow all safety protocols during site work - Ensure tools, equipment, and PPE are properly used - Adhere to company and regulatoin.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
