Company Description: Rainbow Spectrum Child Development Centre is a pediatric-focused organization dedicated to supporting children with diverse developmental, communication, behavioral, and sensory needs. The centre provides multidisciplinary services, including speech and language therapy, behavior therapy, and occupational therapy, to help children achieve functional, academic, and social success. Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Andhra Pradesh, India, for Speech Language Pathologists, Behaviour Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. Team members will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions for children with developmental, communication, behavioral, and sensory challenges. Responsibilities include documenting progress, updating goals, and preparing reports for caregivers, educational teams, and other professionals as needed. The role involves regular communication with families to provide guidance, home programs, and feedback on each child’s development. Professionals will participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, maintain accurate clinical records, and contribute to workshops or caregiver training sessions to promote best practices in child development.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in pediatric Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention for a range of communication needs.
- Experience working with Speech and Language Disorders, including articulation, phonology, fluency, and language delays.
- Knowledge of Communication Disorders, such as social communication difficulties and autism-related communication challenges.
- Relevant degree or certification in Speech Language Pathology, Behaviour Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field (as applicable to the role).
- Prior experience in pediatric or child development settings, preferably in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong observational, documentation, and case management skills, with attention to detail and clinical ethics.
- Effective, inclusive communication skills for collaborating with children, families, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work on-site full time, manage a structured caseload, and adapt therapeutic approaches to individual child needs.
Pay: From ₹17,568.77 per month
