Position Overview
Rainbow International School is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven *HR Executive (Recruitment)* to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for academic and non-academic positions, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned with the organization's requirements and values.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for teaching, administrative, and support staff positions.
* Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
* Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
* Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers and department heads.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain a positive candidate experience.
* Negotiate salary within approved budgets and facilitate offer acceptance.
* Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
### Job Posting & Recruitment Coordination
* Prepare and publish attractive and accurate job descriptions across various recruitment platforms.
* Manage job advertisements and ensure maximum visibility for open positions.
* Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communication, and interview feedback.
### Recruitment Reporting & Documentation
* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview records.
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
* Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and position closure status.
* Ensure all recruitment documentation is maintained accurately and confidentially.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
3–10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (experience in the education sector is preferred).
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be an added advantage.
