Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution.
Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and deliver software projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and resource allocations to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Utilize project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project to track progress and communicate updates. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication. Identify potential roadblocks and proactively work to resolve them. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings. Prepare detailed project documentation and status reports for stakeholders.
Requirements: Proven experience managing software development projects. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other development methodologies. Technical familiarity with software development technologies such as Java, Python, C#, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and tools including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
