Business Development Executive – B2B Sales

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Meet decision-makers and present Holoflex's products and anti-counterfeiting solutions.
- Generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and payment collections.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Printing, Packaging, Labels, Flexible Packaging, Security Printing, Holograms, Self-Adhesive Labels, Blister Foils, Aluminium Foils, or Industrial Products is preferred.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred (Graduates with relevant sales experience can also apply).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.
