Job Summary:
Proqruit is hiring a Recruiter on behalf of one of our leading clients in the NGO sector. We are looking for a proactive recruitment professional with at least 6 months of recruitment experience to support end-to-end hiring activities.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
