*Job Summary*
The Franchise Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise partners to expand the company's retail garments network. The role involves lead generation, franchise sales, market research, business presentations, and coordinating the franchise onboarding process.
*Key Responsibilities*
- * Identify and generate leads for potential franchise partners through various channels.
- * Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and target locations.
- * Explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, and profitability to prospective franchisees.
- * Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with interested investors.
- * Evaluate franchise applications and assess candidates based on company criteria.
- * Coordinate the end-to-end franchise acquisition and onboarding process.
- * Maintain a database of prospects and update the franchise pipeline regularly.
- * Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies.
- * Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and retail teams for franchise documentation and store launch activities.
- * Prepare MIS reports on franchise development activities and expansion status.
- * Achieve monthly and annual franchise sales targets.
- * Represent the company at exhibitions, business events, and networking opportunities to generate franchise leads.
*Qualifications*
- * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- * 3–7 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or retail expansion.
- * Experience in the retail garments or fashion industry will be an added advantage.
- *Skills Required*
- * Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- * Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- * Lead generation and relationship management skills.
- * Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- * Market analysis and business acumen.
- * Ability to travel as required for business meetings and franchise visits.

- *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*
- * Number of franchise leads generated.
- * Number of franchise agreements signed.
- * Achievement of expansion targets.
- * Conversion ratio from leads to franchise closures.
- * Timely onboarding and successful launch of new franchise stores.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
