- Key Responsibilities
- Student Support & Counseling: Conduct one-on-one virtual counseling sessions via video conferencing, chat, or email to address academic anxieties, personal challenges, and career goals.
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in counseling, student advising, or academic coaching (experience in an online/e-learning environment is a strong plus).
- Academic & Career Guidance: Assist students in understanding course requirements, choosing the right academic pathways, and aligning their education with career aspirations.
- Crisis Intervention: Identify at-risk students (academic or emotional) and provide immediate support, interventions, or appropriate referrals to external specialists if needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, academic advisors, and support teams to address systemic student issues and improve overall retention.
- Crisis Triage & Intervention: Evaluate urgent student situations (e.g., self-harm risks, severe panic attacks, trauma) and implement immediate crisis safety plans or direct them to emergency local resources.
Pay: From ₹300.00 per hour
