About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should be able to manage client requirements, design development, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development for residential, commercial projects
- Prepare conceptual designs, 3D models, drawings, and presentations
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve design issues
- Mentor junior architects and guide the design team
- Prepare BOQ, estimates, and project documentation
Requirements
- Experience: B.Arch -5+ Years or M.Arch -3+ Years
- Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion / V-Ray, Adobe Suite
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client handling skills
- Portfolio of completed projects required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
